First up talk about how to access Gym Lab 24/7. There are two options, to gain gym access, either THE FOB or THE APP.

Option One - THE FOB

You can access by using your new fob that you can collect during staffed hours (Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-1pm). If checking in during staffed hours and the door is open, please hold the fob over the black scanner on the right after coming through the door at eye height. If coming through when the door is closed, scan in via the black scanner on the wall next to the front door (it has pretty lights around it, can't miss it).


Option Two - THE APP:

Download the GymMaster app to your mobile phone.

Log in with your details.

If you are unsure of these, there is a link that says ‘Get My Login’:


Click the link to obtain your log in details.


Once inside the app, click the Bluetooth symbol labelled ‘check in’



The following screen will appear, select 24/7 access door to gain access to the facility.


If checking in during staffed hours and the door is open, please select the other option ‘Check in during staffed hours’ and scan in via the black scanner on the wall next to the front door.


And remember, our front door is a bit like us, she's a bit quirky! You need a light pull towards you then push open.
