Our Story
About Us
Gym Lab is a locally owned and operated Apollo Bay gym, proudly supporting our community’s health and wellbeing for over a decade. Located in the heart of Apollo Bay, we offer a welcoming, inclusive space where locals and visitors can train with confidence — whether you’re new to the gym or have years of experience.
We provide 24/7 gym access, modern strength and conditioning equipment, and a range of group fitness classes designed to suit all fitness levels. From strength training and functional movement to Pilates, yoga and outdoor beach boot camps along the Great Ocean Road, our focus is on helping people move well, feel strong and enjoy staying active from teens to older adults.
Gym Lab works closely with Great Ocean Road Health, supporting allied health programs and referrals, and ensuring our facility remains a long-term community resource. Thanks to the ongoing support of Great Ocean Road Health and the Apollo Bay Health Foundation, our gym continues to grow with high-quality equipment that stays in the space for the benefit of the community.
