We have 24/7 access, even for casual passes. There are instructions on the front door for easy sign up options when we are not there by downloading the GymMaster App onto your phone and using bluetooth for 24/7 access. The prompts will guide you through the process, and an after hours mobile number if you have any difficulty.

A team member is on deck Monday to Thursday 9am to 4pm and Fridays 9am to 12pm. (check our socials for any changes in staffed hours).

Please bring a towel, water bottle and a smile.

Yes, we have two bathrooms with a toilet and shower in each. We also have have two shared changerooms where you can store items.

At Gym Lab, we are happy to off an inclusive & welcoming environment for anyone wishing to improve their health and wellbeing. We offer complimentary inductions to familiarise you with Gym Lab, so that you feel more at ease with what you are doing on all of our equipment.

We also run a variety of classes catered to all fitness levels, where our friendly and qualified professionals can safely guide you through exercises in a group setting.

To login into your portal in the GymMaster App, just use your email address you set up your membership with. You can reset your password in the landing page of the App if required.
