Looking for a class that helps you build strength, improve mobility, support your posture, and leave feeling energised? Our Mat Pilates classes at Gym Lab are all about moving your body in a fun, supportive, and welcoming environment.
Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or have been practising for years, everybody is welcome in our classes. With a strong focus on controlled movement, core strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness, Mat Pilates is an amazing addition to any fitness routine — and a fantastic way to support long-term health and quality of life.
Our classes run for 45 minutes and combine movement, strength, mobility, and plenty of laughs along the way. Expect a friendly atmosphere, encouraging instructors, and options for different fitness levels so you can move at your own pace.

Naamah is an absolute ray of sunshine — full of encouragement, positivity, and fun energy. Her classes are uplifting, inclusive, and designed to leave you feeling stronger both physically and mentally.
Tuesday — 6:30am & 10:00am | Wednesday — 7:15am & 10:00am | Thursday — 10:00am

Already on a 24/7 Access Membership? You can casually join a class for just $10.
Non-members are always welcome too for $20 casual entry.

While Mat Pilates uses your own body weight and small equipment to build strength, stability, mobility, and body awareness, Reformer Pilates introduces spring loaded resistance through the reformer machine to create an entirely different style of challenge and support.
Many people love reformer Pilates for its smooth, low-impact movement and the ability to both support and challenge the body at the same time. The adjustable resistance can help improve strength, posture, flexibility, coordination, and control, while also allowing movements to feel supported and accessible for a wide range of fitness levels and bodies.
Naamahste Pilates offers small class sizes, creating a welcoming and personalised experience where you receive plenty of guidance, encouragement, and attention to technique. Naamah brings her signature positive energy, warmth, and uplifting approach to every session, helping clients feel comfortable, capable, and supported from the moment they walk through the door.
