BREATH WORK & ICE BATH WITH MARK KLUWER

Learn the benefits of powerful breathwork and cold therapy with certified and experienced instructor Mark Kluwer. 

Set in the privacy of The Lab, in this transformative 3 hour session you will experience the power of the breath guided through a mediation with Mark. Afterwards, embrace the cold immersion of the ice bath. 

(Morning tea + cups of tea will be provided)​

WHOLEFOOD PLANT BASED COOKING WORKSHOP, TALK & LUNCH

Begin with an engaging discussion on the health benefits and practical tips for incorporating a WFPB diet into your life. Then roll up your sleeves and cook alongside Anita as you create delicious plant-based dishes. This session empowers you to bring the benefits of healthy cooking into your home. Whether you’re new to plant-based eating or looking to expand your skills, this event will leave you inspired and well fed as we’ll indulge
in our culinary creations afterwards.

Yoga on the Beach

YOGA -- 45 MIN SESSIONS

Join Russelle in a guided 45 minute yoga session, with a choice of either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning in The Lab. These two sessions are free for Gym Lab members!

With 11 year’s experience and upwards of 5000 hours face to face teaching, Russelle will adapt the sessions to meet your experience in a safe and purposeful class.

Sure yoga classes are physical but there’s more to it than downward dog,” come along and find out why yoga is so popular!  Just lift the corners of your mouth and everything falls into place!

Bookings essential, book your spot through your member portal in the GymMaster App. 

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and water bottle.
