RISE & MOTIVATE
A half hour class designed to take your fitness performance to the next level. Through the inclusion of compound lifts, explosive movements, fast intervals and full-body burners, you will increase both your anaerobic and aerobic capacity. Expect to work with intensity, push your limits and unleash your inner strength in a fun morning workout session.
GOLDEN GROOVE
Join our resident lively Group Instructor, Nat for a combination of fun & a low impact 45 minute fitness class.
Get ready to stretch, lift and do mobility movements for a healthier, happier you. This class is designed to make you smile, boost your energy, and keep you moving through your golden years. Golden Groove is where age is just a number and we're proving you can move at any age!
ASHTANGA VINYASA
Participants can expect a more dynamic and powerful flowing class with the opportunity to learn the traditional opening mantra. Breath leads the movement and the practice teaches us about how we feel as we move through the practice rather than what we might look like.
Suitable for those who want a stronger more flowing practice. Getting tired is fine, getting hot is fine, getting confused is fine, resting is fine.
It is not recommended to take this practice when you are injured.
FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH
A strength class of full body exercises, designed to improve day to day movements. A 45 minute class with Lil, who tailors the program for all levels of fitness in a controlled & supportive environment.
MAT PILATES
Come join Naamah on the floor for a 45 minute guided mat pilates session. Naamah is a passionate Pilates instructor who creates fun, inclusive classes that empower and energise. With a focus on mindful movement, she helps students build strength strength and wellbeing.
SWEAT & SHINE
A 45 minute class designed for an enjoyable & energetic workout experience for everyone.
Our friendly instructors will guide you through a variety of exercises that keep things fresh & exciting. From cardio routines that get your heart pumping, to strength exercises that help you build & tone muscles, this class has it all!
Come as you are, leave with a sense of accomplishment, and enjoy the camaraderie of a supportive fitness community. Get ready to have a blast leaving sweaty & ready to shine through your day!
SENSORY SOOTHE
Low lighting, no music, just the sweet sounds of Nat’s soothing voice instructing you through a 45 minute movement of a low impact circuit style class. Offering a mix of strength and conditioning as well as mobility and functional movement. Ideal for people that wish to participate in a low sensory stimulation environment.
GRIT & GLOW
End your day with a sunset sweat! This 45-minute full-body class is designed for all fitness levels to build strength with a sprinkle of intensity, burn off the day’s energy, and leave you glowing with feel-good vibes. It’s the perfect way to finish the day on a high!
EVENING YOGA
Expect a slower physical practice, using the breath to guide the expression of various postures (sitting, standing and lying down).
This time is intended to create some warmth in the body through purposeful movement, a sense of overall space & quiet for our savasana (integration/relaxation) as the day draws to an end. Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, & if the weather calls for it a blanket for the ending.
Please arrive a few minutes before class to ensure we all get the most from our time together. No phones please.
HATHA YOGA
Participants can expect breathwork, mantra and a physical practice that begins with a gentle warm up, followed by sun salutations, inversions, back bending and savasana (integration/relaxation).
This session takes a more traditional approach in that we focus on the particular purpose and benefit of each pose including the order in which they are taken. There are modifications for every posture.
Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and if the weather calls for it, a blanket for a cosy ending.
